Uniquely coloured, deeply feathered, calm, sweet, large and winter hardy, these birds are pretty close to perfect.  Our hens regularly lay medium to large brown eggs, and both hens and roos make a good table bird should you decide.   Most importantly, these are beautiful, cheery birds to have on the homestead adding function, beauty and enjoyment to your day.
